About Us Story of our restaurant

We are a family business company established in 1949 in Damascus the capital of Syria. Our company in the Middle East has been dealt with food, and restaurant management for many years, with a long experience.

At the beginning of 2017, we established a food truck business in Darwin, and have been to the most important markets in Darwin.

In 2018 we opened a restaurant in Darwin (Cullen Bay), where we have served our customers with the traditional Syrian food &sweets with the historical atmosphere of the oldest inhibited capital in the world – Damascus.

Only had afternoon tea here but it was tasty. The service was outstanding and it has a nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back for a meal- the menu looks good!

Eat here, eat here, EAT HERE! I just had the best falafel I've had in my entire life. A. Scrumptious assortment of delicacies and a warm and welcoming family make Damasquino a treasure of Darwin.

Paul Hamilton

This place is brilliant. It's one of about 3 places in Darwin that actually makes food, rather than simply deep frying frozen rubbish!

Delicious and very generous weekend breakfast - amazing labne, chickpea dishes, zaatar and cheese pizza breads, bean salad and Syrian tea. It’s impossible to finish, and served with a smile by the charming owner.

Josephine Polak

I used to live in Jordan and have had a hard time finding good falafel since I moved away. Damasquino has the best falafel and falafel wraps I've ever had.
